The rules for using CarzTogether to discover automotive businesses, share experiences and get in touch.
Draft for review · Updated 1 October 2026
We do not check the documents, identity or qualifications of the businesses listed. A listing’s appearance on the platform is not confirmation of its identity, legitimacy or claims. Each business is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of its own listing.
CarzTogether is a platform operated by CARZTOGETHER LIMITED. Drivers can discover businesses and use account features such as messaging, reviews and favourites. Businesses can publish profiles and updates.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, we are not the garage, repairer or party carrying out the vehicle work. Quotes, bookings, workmanship, payment for repairs and disputes about that work are agreed directly with the business.
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in details. Use an account type appropriate to your activity. A business account must be operated by someone authorised to represent that business.
Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another account. Let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Businesses are responsible for keeping services, location, prices, contact details and opening hours accurate. Price ranges are indicative and do not replace a quote. Drivers should confirm availability and the scope of work directly.
A listing or review is not a promise that a business will meet every requirement. A Sponsored label means paid placement, as explained below.
Share honest experiences and content you have permission to use. Do not post fake reviews, personal attacks, unlawful material, spam or private information about others without a lawful reason.
You retain rights in your own content. You allow us to host, display and technically process it as needed to operate the platform. We may remove or restrict content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Boost is paid visibility. Eligible placements are labelled Sponsored, and payment does not buy positive reviews or improve organic reputation. Availability depends on the relevant search and eligibility; no fixed position, enquiry volume or sales outcome is guaranteed.
Prices, duration and applicable purchase conditions are shown before payment.
Boost is a business service, bought by a business account for the purposes of its trade. It is not sold to consumers, so the 14-day consumer cancellation period does not apply. By paying you ask us to start providing the service immediately.
A Boost cannot be cancelled once paid and its fee is non-refundable. This includes a Boost that you stop using or that receives fewer views or enquiries than you hoped, and any unused part of a Boost period. Boost does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of the period.
If we remove a Boost, or suspend an account, because these terms or our policies were breached, the fee is not refunded.
We will refund you where you were charged in error or more than once for the same purchase, where we cannot provide the service you paid for because of a fault on our side, or where we withdraw Boost for reasons that are not caused by you, in which case we refund the unused part of the period. Contact support@carztogether.com with your payment reference.
Nothing in this section removes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may investigate reports, request more information, restrict content or suspend accounts where necessary to address misuse, legal obligations or material breaches. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a response.
Contact support@carztogether.com or write to our registered office if you want a moderation decision reviewed. Preserve relevant references and explain the decision you are challenging.
We aim to keep the service useful and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of information you need.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Responsibility for a claim depends on the applicable law and the circumstances.
We may update the service and these terms. The date above identifies this draft; material changes should be communicated before they apply where required. Existing purchases remain subject to their applicable purchase terms and legal rights.
